Artnik provides software development, data engineering, analytics, and AI solutions. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Artnik retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Artnik provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the results of our work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
